  • PowerShift Advanced (optionally with 12 or 16 gears)
  • Application specific drive programs plus driving modes and additional functions which can be activated specifically as required
  • Various fifth wheel couplings and assembly plates plus heavy-duty couplings1 front and rear for towing/pushing applications ensure excellent adaptability to the task in hand
  • Robust, air-sprung rear axles with a load capacity of up to 13.4 t. Up to 16 t load capacity with steel-sprung rear axles

The huge and varied range of equipment and models ensure maximum flexibility and the best match for the end-use application, resulting in a perfectly-configured vehicle for practically every type of deployment.

With its powerful, reliable Euro VI engines, the PowerShift Advanced automated gearshift and, for example, a turbo retarder clutch1, it has a powerful and extremely resilient drive system which always provides the exact power you need in practice in heavy haulage. General Safety Regulation.

General Safety Regulation.

From 2024, new requirements defined by the General Safety Regulation (GSR) will make legal standards for greater safety in road traffic binding throughout the EU. Our Mercedes-Benz trucks not only meet these requirements currently – they also ensure even greater safety thanks to additional technologies.
